China:
The civil war
between nationalist government and rebel forces, which has been fought off and
on for over two years, breaks out in fresh fighting. Rebel forces are reportedly pouring in to the
southern province of Honan, and working to set up a rival capital in Peking to that
of Chiang Kai-shek’s nationalist government in Nanjing.
